Recently contacted Ralphy for AC repair and I must say he was beyond exceptional! Truly professional and kind. He took his time to explain in detail the issues with my AC system and also educated me in future care. He was so patient and attentive with all my questions and so knowledgeable. I called this company for a free estimate because my AC was not working, they were very respectfull and came quickly for the estimate, when they came they stated I would have to pay $426.50 (will post picture of what they were charging me for) I told them I will call them back if I decided to go ahead with the repairs. I wanted to call another company just to have a second opinion I called SAA COOL AIR LLC in Elizabeth, NJ, they came in and checked and notified me that someone had disconnected some cables from the Airconditioner and that the only problem was the thermostat that was not working, I was in shock that this company lied and tried to steal money? from me. I am very disappointed, angry that there can be people that can lie and put in risk the reputation of their own company. This company is not to be trusted.

I called Elizabeth HVAC last week for a heating problem. They came the next day and diagnosed the system and gave me options. My system was 19 years old, I decided to replace it rather continue to replace parts. They replaced the HVAC system with a more efficient one. They did a great job on the installation. PROFESSIONAL.....Neat...

Ronnie and Elizabeth Hvac team were so professional and prompt when i need help with my boiler! I was very impressed with his knowledge and he managed to fix and service the boiler as needed! Will definitely be recommending them to all my family and friends!

I called Ralphie at 7:30 AM this morning. He did not hesitate to take my information and gave me a timeframe right away. He arrived right on time, and he and his son immediately checked out what was going on. He told me what was needed to repair the heater. He gave me a reasonable price and then immediately started working. He explained how the heater worked so I could check to make sure all the meters and buttons were working if this problem ever happened again. He and his son were done in about 30 minutes and I had heat. His price was reasonable and payment was just as easy with the invoice via email. I would recommend his service to anyone. I will definitely be saving his number for all my heating needs. Thank you so much for the great service!

From the time I called to the time they came and did the job was an awesome experience. I had issues with my furnace I called them, they came within an hour I was very happy with their service, price and recommendations. They were very honest and knowledgeable I will highly recommend their services to others. i will definitely use them again. I couldn’t be more happier to have found Ralphy. Ralphy and his crew are great! He knows what he's doing for A/C for sure. Recently, his crew replaced my broken down 10+ year old R22 central A/C system for a fair price.
