All Dry was prompt and exceeded my expectations. I had a flood incident late at night and they were there fixing the issue within an hour. They worked seamlessly wit my insurance company and made a challenging event manageable. I highly recommend using them for any water related issues.

We interviewed ~a dozen companies and finally decided on AllDry based on their reputation, responsiveness and the feeling that they could be trusted to complete the job with professionalism and timeliness. I was happy, and lucky to have found All Dry. Howard, the GM, answered the phone early in the morning while my finished basement was taking on water very quickly. Unlike other emergency companies, I was never told someone couldn't come. Within the hour Jay was at the house pumping the water out and stayed until the work was done for the day. Jay returned for the follow up visits as scheduled and let me know of his whereabouts and arrival times. With additional questions that I had, Chris, the owner, came over, finished the job, and spent time looking around and investigating where the water may have entered. Chris also suggested things I could use and do in the meantime until I can permanently fix the problem. I am willing to pay more for a company that is responsive, patient, and does good work. That said, I think the pricing was fair and they did not gouge in an emergency situation. I feel confident that if I have any questions in the future I can call All Dry. In the event of another water or remediation emergency I trust that I can call All Dry for immediate help. You'll be happy you chose All Dry.

This 5 Star review is for the outstanding service I've received from "All Dry Services of North Jersey" On February 13th, 2023, I contacted them to clean up some stinky stuff. Their specialist, Henriquie, met me at the property to access the situation. He was kind, professional, and customer centered to my needs and concerns. He wasn't a high-pressure professional and presented the facts as expected. He and the owner, Christopher Lyons, were the reason I decided to go with them. Although I never met Christopher personally, The way Henriquie spoke about his good character, I felt I was in good hands. The job was completed to my liking, and I'm glad I made the right decision. My apologies for not remembering the other workers' names, but everyone was A rated. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, quality of work, fair estimate, communication skills, and an outstanding customer focused mentality. If I could rate them higher, I would. All Dry Services of North Jersey is a company you can trust. I give them an additional 10 Stars and 5 thumbs ?? up.
