NONE of the staff have a clue whats going nor the fittings they sell. Took me 30 minutes to return a single wrong fitting I was given. Get it together or people that have just the slightest clue about the plumbing fittings they sell.

Came in in January (sorry for the delay) for a part for my parent's old heating system. Not only did they get the part in less than 24 hours, it was $20 less than any other price I could find. Heat was back on the next day. I've been in a few times over the last year for various other repairs and have received great service and helpful advice each time. Thanks again.

They have product but are rude and sell at a high price. A Circulator Pump I needed was $35 more expensive than other stores. I still got it since i had to get the job done. And, the guy in front kept saying he is not a plumber when I asked him if the washers were right. Not going back unless I am really in a pinch

Ok, my husband and I ordered $1300 worth of supplies here as we were redoing our bathroom and I ‘thought’ this would be a better option over Home Depot. Well, it isn’t. First of all, I told our sales rep 20 times I wanted a square shower head and drain. We picked out our supplies, went over it with her and paid, letting her know work would begin on 1/2/19 (we ordered our stuff on 12/8 at the Saddlebrook showroom). We told the rep that since we live in Caldwell it would be best if the supplies were delivered to the Fairfield store. She said no problem, but when I called to follow up no one in The Fairfield could find my order, but promised they could deliver it to my home the following day...of course it wasn’t. So, I called our rep and received a lecture that I should have arranged delivery through her...ok, whatever. Finally the stuff was delivered but the one thing I stressed to our rep that we needed ASAP was missing. No one could figure out where it was, so when I called the rep she insisted that I had already picked it up. This never happened, and finally some genius found the part and the guy delivered it. When I opened the products I noticed I received...a round shower head. Ugh. Furthermore, the toilet had the wrong “rough in”and is sitting 6” from the wall, so I had to call Wellington again and was told they couldn’t help me because I should have measured the “rough in” and “most houses have a 12” rough in”, so I’d have to buy a new toilet after spending $400 on the one I already bought. I’m just going to have to hire a plumber now to fix this mess or but another toilet. What s bunch of jerks, I will never buy anything here again !!!

Worse customer service EVER. All 4 guys were to busy on Instagram than to take care of their customers. They don't even acknowledge you when you talk to them and you can't even tell if they are listening because they don't look at you in the face. This was the first time here and it will certainly be the last time. This place sucks bad.
