Excellent service at a great price, next time I’m going to call these guys first. Added bonus: it feels good to support a local business when the “other guys” in town are corporate and charge way more. From my initial call to the arrival of the locksmith was 35 minutes. The price I was quoted on the phone was the exact price I was charged when the service was complete. They were in and out in 20 minutes for two locks.

Fantastic service, nothing more to say. I called at 8:30 PM on a Monday as our front door lock decided to randomly break. I was able to immediately get an appointment scheduled for 9 am the following morning. The next day, the technician arrived a few minutes early and identified the issue immediately. Within a half hour, we had a brand new lock and deadbolt installed for a more than reasonable price. In addition, the technician noticed and fixed an alignment issue with that door that I didn’t even mention for no extra charge. Will surely recommend and use again if needed!
