The awning looks nice. It blocks the sun and rain and seems sturdy so far. Kevin came out to our house, explained the options, measured and was very professional. The install was less impressive. There is a gap between the roof and the awning on 1 side? They gave no instructions on how to take it down for the winter (we were told they would show us how), they left greasy handprints on the siding (up high out of reach that im going to have to clean on a ladder), left trash on the ground, and instead of telling us it was finished, asking if we had questions etc, they left. Didn't ask if it was satisfactory, didn't collect payment. Left a paper bill in mailbox saying balance due. I really wish they had shown me how to put it up and down, it's a substantial investment and looks like it requires quite a bit of work, many eyelets, ropes, cables etc. I won't even know where to start. I also asked about a warranty and was told they would could "write it up" but never received anything.

Our Sunair awning broke in the storm on Monday. Kevin was out on a Wednesday and made repairs on Friday. His customer service is beyond amazing. I am so grateful and will recommend him always from now on. Can’ thank him enough....without hesitation, I can say he is reputable and will go out of his way to please his customers.
