Suri what's her name, and she listened to my situation, and explained realistic expectations of what they were capable of doing.. no script just clear and realistic talk.. if I need help in the future I'll call them first

They responded quickly, provided lots options to schedule service, were prompt, friendly, polite and professional. They were familiar with the equipment we needed them to install. There were some challenges with the wiring in our building, but they had the right tools. They figured it out and were able to wrap up the installation quickly.
