The new Senior Community Manager, Mr. Littlejohn is a breath of fresh air. Although the apartments are well maintained, his presence has added a new level of customer service. I physically visited the property with a few concerns and was met at the door with a pleasant smile and welcome. He was able to sit down and carefully determine the best course of action to resolve the issue. He told me he would reconnect by the end of the business day and sure enough, that is exactly what was done. What took nearly a month to get answers prior to his arrival, he had resolved in a matter of hours. Great choice of Leadership!!!

They are very professional to work with. Florencia is a very hard-working, self-sacrificing and very creative person.....

They are such a great developer in NJ. I saw their south orange project earlier this week that I am excited to see completed soon. Can’t wait to see what else they do! With all their development, they are also giving job opportunities to local communities which will just inevitably boost the economy of the area the work is in! Highly recommend working with them in your next venture.

I have been living in Meridia Brownstones for 2 years and I’m very satisfied with the management & maintenance teams. The building is always clean and smells great, highly recommend!

Absolutely terrible management. Charges over $600 a year for amenity fees and cannot keep my building running. At Meridia Main Station, the elevator and laundry machines that have been OUT OF USE CONSISTENTLY FOR PAST 4 WEEKS (as of 3/31/2023). Residents have been contacting management with no response for 4 weeks straight. No one answers the phone. No one responds to an email. NO ONE HAS RESPONDED FOR WEEKS. I can excessive repainting of the hallways, but the LACK OF RESPONSE or ACTION over the elevator and laundry machines not working is ridiculous.
