I typically hate writing bad reviews especially when it's just 1 bad employee and don't want their actions reflecting poorly against the company as a whole but the employee we dealt with is the absolute worst customer service rep I've encountered in my 30+ years. We asked kindly if they could show us some vinyl fencing options not in the top tier price range ($600+ a panel) and they simply wouldn't... In fact she kept asking the same question over and over trying to make us look stupid. How hard is it to show us what vinyl options you have that fall in a lower price bracket than the 1 you quoted us on. Don't worry we found another local company that was kind enough to walk us through each vinyl price point and we signed a contract with them. Congrats on losing a 20k job

I had my neighbor get a fence installed by this company. I placed 7 flags out to show where my sprinklers were to avoid any damage to my sprinkler heads while they were installing next door. My flags are gone along with all of the flags left on the neighbors lawn. When I called all I got was that 'we did not take them" Maybe the power, water, cable company came back in the two hours since we finished and removed them. The power, water, cable do not come back and remove the flags let alone come back hours after the job is done. Instead of saying heh we are sorry they denied it. Oh and the neighbor did not remove them. I asked already. Maybe I should file a police report for stolen property. Have my J.D. and can represent myself in the matter. It is not about the cost of the flags or the flags being gone. It is about that no one stands up and states....hey we made an error, sorry.......which I would say, if you have them still just leave them on the porch....No harm no foul.......

Very pleased with the installation of my new fence.. very professional appearance.. straight lines on the fence line and top to bottom... worked in an on-site gnarly 45 degree modified angles on upright corner posts designed ONLY for 90's .. worked a 5 ft section to an on-site modified 6 foot post WOW! My gate works properly too... Gonna use them again where I hope to discover how they will accomplish fence raking and double swing gates... all in all... Looks great! .. of course I am doing the clean up.. but that is to be expected.. worked w/me on payments toward my job for EZ budget as I did not use their in house financial.. answers my emails promptly.. all the on site guys were workers .. Matt reached out when 2me necessary...

Never been more pleased...had some vinyl fencing installed an I was not happy with positioning of some posts. Came back 2 days later tore it down and re-installed. Very pleased and minimal effort on my part. Very ethical and will recommend them to everyone.
