Had JNS replace the top of my large console and just had it delivered. The experience from start to finish was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys, you were fantastic.
I’m really appalled. I called JNS and they spoke to me and I had an urgent window glass replacement needed for my daughters room. They sent a rep and given that I had deep cleaned the home, I asked him to wear shoe covers to which he said he doesn’t believe in wearing any and walked out. I am still reeling under the insult. And now the owner says he had to remove his shoes ?. Shoe covers go OVER shoes. Unfortunately some people don’t get it. The biggest companies have shoe covers. Keeps them equally safe and secure.

The owner is an amazing gentleman. He speaks well and does absolutely professional work. Did I say he is as well reliable. Very much so... Thank you for your service.

the owner is very rude. don’t do any work at this shop those people don’t khow how to talk to consumers, bad service ever i see .
