I was very happy with my grey blinds for my bathroom window. This is my third time shopping at the Metuchen location. I always received blinds that were the right size. The staff there is very helpful and knowledgeable. This time I worked with Alina and she was excellent in assisting me and my husband with the correct measurements of the window. Thank you.
Really disappointed with the service here - I was told our blind production time would be 2 weeks and this is why we went with blinds to go over other companies. It’s been over 5 weeks now and we are still waiting. No calls or emails to let me know about the delay or apologize. Feels like a bait and switch. And I asked if we could be prioritized for our installation given the long wait and was told that’s not possible. It’s just disappointing when you spend thousands of dollars on a product and service for it to be handled like this.

Amy is absolutely amazing! The store was crowded with customers but she made sure she acknowledged everyone that came in and answered their concerns and ensured them that she will assist them in a timely manner. Great customer service is hard to come by these day, but she definitely set a high standard in representing your company. Thank you Amy!

Store staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They gave us a quote which turned out to be right on the money even after the technician came and measured. Blinds came in almost very quickly and were installed just as quick. We couldn’t be happier.

Order No. 017301 : My experience with the custom blinds I purchased for my new house in February has been incredibly disappointing. Despite spending over $6000, the blinds arrived with stains, marks, and imperfect designs, which was an immediate letdown. Even more frustrating was the fact that some blinds had to be replaced or addressed four or more times, wasting countless hours taking pictures, and videos plus waiting for technicians to reinstall as per their availability.
To add to the disappointment, the local manager's compensation offer of $260 for blinds worth over $6000 was nothing short of insulting. Naturally, I declined this offer and requested a full refund, but my plea was met with refusal.
In the midst of this exasperating ordeal, another manager from Montreal finally reached out to discuss compensation but only after the blinds were installed again. While it offers a glimmer of hope, the lingering disappointment from the previous experiences leaves me wary.
As I wait for a resolution, I advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering custom blinds from Blinds2Go.
I will update this review with any developments in the hope that my faith can be restored. Until then, approach with caution and be aware of the potential frustrations.
