Dan and his team did a phenomenal job! They were prompt, clean, and ensured they did not leave until the work was done and any issues were resolved. He took the time to explain everything that he did and my coverage for the new unit's protection. I also appreciate Bryan for being a great partner as I worked through my options after losing my HVAC in the middle of the hottest stretch of summer. Highly recommend Bill Leary & team. Immediate Response on a mid-Friday Afternoon a week ago during a heat wave, my air conditioner stopped working. Amy, the office manager had a person (Bryan) in the area & asked Bryan to stop over. Needless to say, I had to replace the 25-year-old builders grade Goodman air conditioner. I cannot complain, I got a good run out of it. I decided to replace the furnace as well since that was 25 years old too. The office was able to get me on their schedule immediately (Thank God) in the midst of a heat wave, so much appreciated. Leary's Team, Dan H, Ryan, & Sean showed up on Monday morning, on time, very professional & respectful of my house & property. My husband said it was an excellent install, one of the best he's come across. Every phase of the job was well thought through, no short cuts taken, the team took their time & did not rush the job. Ensured it was perfect from the line set, condensate tube & great job on the filter box. We could not be happier with this job. Thank you, Bryan for immediate response & scheduling job, Great job, Dan H, Ryan & Sean who all worked extremely well together & did an excellent job. Highly recommend this team and Bill Leary. Sorry for the long post, but these guys deserve it.

Our AC was blowing air but not cold air. By searching on Google we got an immediate appointment with this company. The Sr Tech Allen came to our house and diagnosed there was a blockage. He suggested us to change the coil and he was very confident the unit would be great for many years. We are first time home owner and have no experience with AC. so we were a little bit hesitated and booked another appointment. The other company came in and suggested us to change the whole unit because our current one is 10 years old. So we chose to stick with Allen’s proposal. The technician little John came in just the next day and finished his work after 6 hours hard work, he is professional and cleaned up everything nicely for us. The AC works powerful and great now, and we just hope it will stay healthy for many more years! Thanks Allen and John!!!

Thank you so much for sending Dan R for our service. We just moved into our new home and wanted to have our AC checked. Dan was very informative and descriptive as I learned more about this house’s aging system. He took the time to answer all my questions, and also asked me great questions to get more information on what I knew about the house’s system. Parts went bad on our outdoor unit and Dan advised not only what parts went bad, but let us know what potentially caused it so we are aware. Because of the information we received, Dan was able to advise us on what steps we can take moving forward to better maintain what we have, along with what it would look like if we needed parts, or even certain systems replaced fully down the line once we can allocate the funds for it. I feel that Dan represented your company well and is someone I hope is sent over again for the next service or repair!

And to top it off all their staff are polite and knowledgeable. We have used them for years. We have an old home (1780) and they installed two AC units and a 4 zone gas furnace. Highly recommend!

We highly recommend this company. We had no heat and they came out on a Sunday due to an emergency. Our two old units were on their last leg at 15 and 24 years old, and were not worth repairing. They came back the next day to install a new hot water tank, and boiler, both completed the same day! We are very satisfied with their work, and both units look and run great!
