I would not recommend this company. I had a leaky bay window on my house. First guy that showed up was very nice and told me the window needed to be replaced which was fine. After he took the initial $7,000 from me they showed up 3 more times to measure and it took 5 months to start the job. The day of the job the window came and was to small. The crew did an excellent job on the outside capping the gaps but the inside was a mess. The frame was small and partially painted leaving nail holes around the boarder and they had wires hanging from underneath the frame. The foreman left and the crew told me they were done. After a language barrier with the crew I called the company and they assured me the foreman would be back. He did not show up the next day until 11 and I caught him before trying to leave again. He assured me they would fix the problem and left again saying he had 5 more jobs to supervise. The tried leaving again and luckily I was able to stop them. They did a terrible spackle job and left the frame unpainted and cut the wires. They also left the protective film on the window and left the 500 pound metal container that the window came in on my front lawn. Now after $20,000 dollars I have to spackle, paint, buy a ladder so I can peel the film off the window, and find a scrapper who won’t charge me to take this crate. This was a headache and I would recommend going elsewhere.

I wouldn't recommend them. They replaced a sliding door for me. Their estimate was a little over 30% higher than other estimates. I chose them because they seemed much more professional than other installers, had a better warranty, and a better quality door. We waited 3 months for the installation, which isn't unusual these days. However, after the installation is where the issue began. The molding installed around the door was damaged. I thought it was just very dirty, which was disappointing. After cleaning I discovered it was actually damaged. I cannot believe they would install damaged molding and leave without saying anything. I immediately emailed pictures of the damaged molding. I didn't hear back and had to reach out to them. I was told someone would be here this morning (a week and a half after the call) to replace it. No time given, no confirmation call yesterday and no one showed up this morning. Edit: I changed the rating from 1 star to 2. I reached out to them again and was told someone should be here in an hour. The man that came was very nice and installed new molding. He was the first and only one to tell us that the molding is primed and we actually need to paint it ourselves. No one ever informed us of this. I am glad he actually told us. Apparently the salesman and the installers should have. The man apologized for the inconvenience but then explained that sometimes the molding is slightly damaged and the installers do their best to patch it up, however ours definitely should have been replaced. What I don't like is that their customers should not be expected to receive anything slightly damaged and patched up. This was a big inconvenience in addition to wasting an entire morning just waiting. For what they charged, it wouldn't hurt them to paint the molding.
