James, the technician, was very prompt and polite and careful to put on booties. He saw my job and said it was totally doable right then, and gave me a very fair price. Cameron, the electrical technician from Danley, serviced my 24KW Generac Standby Generator for its yearly scheduled maintenance. Cameron was extremely professional, took the time to explain the maintenance procedures, and cleaned the inside and outside of the generator. I also had some questions about oil change intervals after extensive running as well as how to perform failover tests. Cameron took the time explain in great detail so I would understand. I am extremely happy with Cameron as well as the purchase and install process from Danley. If you are in the market for a standby generator and electrical panel replacement give Danley a call. We worked with the W Danley team via the Costco partnership. Although the process takes time due to the permitting in town, the team was fantastic from start to finish! Our salesperson, Jim B helped us work through the buying process, guiding and helping us choose the right system. Once approved via the town permit, install day went very smooth - the team finished in half the time estimated! The team lead by Mike on the electrical side and Dan on the plumbing side were great. They were supported by Shak and all folks were professional and courteous. The install was finalized by Diego who configured the system for weekly testing and internet connectivity. It's only been two weeks since the install, and we are super happy we choose W Danley and the Costco partnership.
