We have no idea on how we could have sailed through the disaster that hit us in Oct'24 without Vishal and his team. Our brand new home had water in the basement, making its way through the powder room on the main level and leaking through the ceiling. PLA was referred to us by 3 friends who were extremely satisfied clients of PLA. Vishal helped us navigate through this and helped us at each step. With both of us working and a little one, Vishal managed to handle the entire process and reaching out to us only when it was absolutely needed. From taking pictures multiple times to attending various conference calls, he and his team went above and beyond. He kept us posted on all the updates and ensured that we get all our damage recovered. No wonder three different friends referred to us to one single team - PLA !!! Thank you so much Vishal for your help throughout the process and that too at an extremely reasonable fees.

Tree fell on our roof and caused large structural and water damage through all floors of our house. Vishal and his team were there the same day to help guide us through restoration and insurance claim process. Honestly they did all the work for us, we did not even have to deal with insurance one bit. Throughout the process he was highly attentive to all of our questions and concerns. PLA and their team is totally professional and excellent at what they do. I had very little knowledge about such kind of property loss advisory services. Visha's name was refereed to me during an off the cuff chat with my neighbors. I always filed my own property loss claims myself and always felt that insurance companies short changed my damages - lol.
Here comes PLA and Vishal - who know how to negotiate and push back with the big insurance companies on your behalf. Right after PLA assessed my damages they got working and while the paper work was still being filed, they arranged for temporary clean up. The clean up folks. assessors were thoroughly professional, experienced and performed their work in a timely manner. All in all, I would recommend PLA advisors to any one to reach out to for property damage claims. My insurance company would not have reimbursed full amount of damages, if Vishal and his team had NOT stepped in. This I know for a fact as I am still paying out my pocket for damages that occurred during Sandy :-(, when the insurances companies gave me a run around and eventually paid only 60-70% of damages.
