We worked with Allisa in New Brunswick for all our supplies for a complete renovation of kitchen and bathrooms. She is the most knowledgeable and personable sales rep we have come across during our whole gut renovation process. Allisa is extremely thorough and is able to point out ideas and issues that we would have never thought of. Today one can buy anything online, but you can’t get the kind of expertise and advice that Allisa provided for us with the competitive pricing as well!

One word best describes my experience with Aaron & Company "OUTSTANDING" Lou Ann was outstanding with helping us select exactly what we needed to design our dream bath. Lorraine was outstanding with helping us order everything for same day pick up (everything we selected were stock items) and Karen was outstanding with helping us review everything we ordered as to ensure accuracy. I will not hesitate to return when it's time for our next bath remodel. Very, very happy with everything from start to finish.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I went to Aaron & Company today to purchase a new pump for my sink. They were difficult and abrasive from the start. When they realized that I was planning on replacing this pump myself, they actually laughed in my face, and were adamant about the fact that *I* would never be able to successfully replace the pump on my own. I've never experienced such obvious gender discrimination before. I promptly left and went to General Plumbing Supply in Edison, NJ where I received a warm welcome, great tips from their staff, and incredible service. After returning home with my parts and supplies, I was able to remove and replace the pump in about 30 minutes. #EvenAnEnglishTeacherCanDoIt

Update: Jamie made things a lot better, there was some miscommunication but A&Co made some efforts to make things right. Thanks again Jamie, I'm changing from a 1 star to a 3 star. I thought a good local shop that specializes in plumbing would help me get the part I needed. I went to the store, ordered the item, paid almost $60 for a mixing valve and when it arrived to my house, it only included half of the parts. Keep in mind this is something you can buy from price pfister for about $8 each (you just have to buy a dozen at a time). What a colossal waste of time and money, I ended up getting the replacement from Home Depot for $33 and it fit perfectly and fixed all of my problems. Done with this store, service was acceptable but the part wasn't even enough and all they did was apologize on the phone. I'll never again buy from Aaron & Co.

Aaron & Co. have been a staple plumbing supply house in Central Jersey, New Brunswick for decades!! Great service and great materials. Parts dept. Is 2nd to none.. guys are on top of their game and are helpful and friendly. Sales floors has great displays and the the sale team is very knowledgeable with all brands.
