Good experience. Good quality work. I don't know why the person below me had such a bad experience but I did not. I strongly recommend trying out Artisan Awnings, they won't let you down.

BUYERS BEWARE!! We spent $80,000 worth awnings, frames and installation with this guy and the awning started leaking the by the second year. He came and put adhesive and wax and the awning was still leaking. The issues are due to his faulty sewing and improper sealing of the heat welded seams. To add insult to injury, HE WILL NOT HONOR HIS OWN WARRANTY!!! . He blamed it on the material but we had the manufacturer of the awning come and inspect it and it was evident that the material was not the issue rather it was the way it was sewed and heat welded. It gets even better! We had to have another company come and re-weld the metal frames he welded and installed as pieces of the frame where falling to the terrace risking injury to our clients. So naturally, like any other irresponsible business owner, Randy stopped answering our phone calls and voice mails. This is what you should expect when dealing with Artisan Awning!! I wish there was a way that I can post up pictures of his poor welding techniques and horrible craftsmanship. TO ANYONE READING THIS. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Randy may seem like a nice person until it's time to honor his warranty.
