I have only had bad experiences with them.
Beware they scam you to do repairs. they alert the local fire inspector with their inspection report so the fire inspector can will force you to do repairs. Got a second opinion from another company and there was nothing wrong with my system. Stay away this is how they make their money.

We recently had AFP upgrade our sprinkler system and fire alarm system. Their salespeople were knowledgeable, and their install team communicated well , were neat and on time. Hard to say this these days…. Their service department took over the inspection and have been easy to deal with. I particularly like their on-line portal to get my inspection reports and the email that tells me that their tech is on their way.

They installed our fire alarm system in Morris Plains. Great work and attention to detail. Did a great job working with the fire official to provide what he was looking for. Highly recommend.

We had constant troubles on our fire alarm and our "current" vendor could not diagnose the issue. I searched for other companies in the area and saw AFP was family owned and operated so I gave them a shot. Pete and Dom were able to rectify my issues within one day and we did not need a new panel as told by our now previous vendor. AFP is my vendor of choice
