Easy to call for help. Quickly resolved problem. Bought Garage door opener at home depot. Was called with 2 days. There was hardware was missing. I went back to HD picked up new opener. Ower had tech come back same day to install. I did not have to reschedule.

I was told they would be out for service today and they showed up bright and early to fix my 3 year old opener under warranty. What a great company. Thanks Brett and Tom for upholding the manufacturer warranty when it expired 2 years ago!

I was told they would be out for service today and they never called. We had to call them. They gave us the run around and said someone would be out in the afternoon. We got a call around 3:45 pm saying they wouldn't make it out today. This is after my wife missed a full day of work. The excuse I got "this is the service industry. These things happen." WOW that's stellar service. I understand jobs sometimes take longer than anticipated but don't tell someone to be home all day on a particular day and never show up. Please be careful with using this company.

Excellent customer service and professionalism from our initial phone call to the installation of our new garage door and opener. Removed the original, HEAVY wood door from the late 60s and installed the new door and opener. The installer was courteousandprofessional. The custom paint was absolutely worth the additional wait. Highly recommend!

Brett and Jason are awesome. Very easy to communicate with. I called because I had an issue with my garage door opener. They were able to send some one out the same day. Josh was the service technician that came out. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He repaired the broken part of my garage door opener and then lubed everything up to keep it working smoothly. This is the second time I have used this company. Will be using them again if i have a garage door problem. Highly recommend. 10/10
