I wish i could give negative review! Worst experience ever! stay away from this place! Team does not know how to value people and provide customer service. They sold me incomplete products and made me come to their store 5 times and when I tried to return the product, they refused to take saying it is missing covering package, instructions manual, missing parts etc. But when the product was opened in front of me, everything was inside. It came to their ego and they did not take the return. I lost around $600 doing business with them as I am left with the unused product. If you plan to loose money, go to the GPS Piscataway! I don't know how they sleep in the night cheating people. My blood boils when I meet people like these as I would never cheat ever.

Always, always a pleasure working with Scott. The service is beyond what I expected. My job is complicated and his record keeping is excellent and keeps me sane. GPS inventory is also very good and keeps my job moving.

She spent quite a bit of time with my wife and me, explaining styles, how things might fit into the space, and various style/decorating options. She was extremely helpful! I might add that everyone we met in the showroom was very friendly, and accommodating.

LouAnne Claudio is fantastic. Just loved working with her and selecting Moen and Kohler plumbing fixtures and mirrors for my two new bathrooms. General Plumbing Supply (GPS) has a wide variety of product to choose from. And they’ve got a huge warehouse so everything that I wanted was available almost immediately.
