Tech came on time, serviced the generator, & answered any questions I had. He was polite & pleasant. The appointment went very well. I’ve used One Call for my generator for 3 or 4 years & today signed up to have them service my AC, electric, & heating. Today Joseph came to service my AC. He was very pleasant & was nice enough to help me understand & fix the problem I was having with the thermostat. So far I’ve been very happy with the service for the generator & the AC. I’m sure I’ll be happy in the fall also when someone comes to service the boiler for the heating season.

Andre came out to fix an emergency. Wonderful experience he was able to fix the problem and diagnose the major issue. We scheduled the major job for 2 days later Henry C and Jordan worked all day to ensure the job was done properly and professionally. I spoke with mark on the phone a few times and my husband said he even came out to oversee the job. From the start mark and staff were helpful, punctual, and thorough. We are very happy with the company and their work.

Henry did an excellent job on my EV wall charger. I was notified when they was on their way. Henry got the job done very quickly. Everything was nice and clean after he got done. Had an issue logging into my Chargepoint account and Henry stayed to resolve the issue until the problem was solved.
