Don't bother calling this company-such a waste of time! No one answers any of the extensions and when I dialed zero the woman who answered the phone sounded half asleep and annoyed with my very basic question re: disposing of outdated residential extinguishers. when I asked to speak with someone else she hung up on me- seriously what exactly does this company do to support the public with fire protection?! If this is not something you do just provide that info professionally…Not sure who leads this company but they clearly don't know or don't care how ineffective the person who handles phone inquiries is...better to close your doors and contact info if handling simple questions is too much of a responsibility!
