Jeff and Collin are the absolute best! They were extremely helpful with helping me find the right part I needed in a pinch. Every time I come here the both of them go above and beyond and provide exceptional quick service. I will continue to come back anytime I need plumbing material just because these two guys are behind the counter. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you Jeff and Collin keep up the great work! ?
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a supply house and I’m a contractor. We purchased a pot filler, faucet, soap dispenser and drain from Atlantic. All California faucets, so nothing cheap. We’ve had nothing but issues and Atlantic flat out refused to do anything. The pot filler had to be replaced three times. Not once, THREE times, due to leaking issues right out of the box. Which we had to pay for. The faucet is a complete piece of crap and was replaced twice. It wobbles and is loose. Atlantic refused to refund our money or even give us store credit to purchase a different brand. The color of the fixtures started to wear away within weeks of installation. Again, Atlantic refused to do anything and we were told that “it’s a living finish” so it may change color over time. If changing color meant lose all color then yeah… I guess they were right. Fixtures started out as oil rubbed bronze. Now, they are all gold. This was the worst buying experience I have ever had and I’ve been a trade guy for over 25yrs.

Since Atlantic was kind enough to reply to my negative reviews, I feel I need to clarify a few things.
1. Never, not ONCE did Atlantic EVER offer us a refund or exchange for a different brand. That is an absolute LIE. Never happened. You said you have all the emails... Maybe read through them. We asked for a refund and/or exchange multiple times. We would have gladly taken a refund or credit for another brand. You wouldn't do that. You wouldn't even give us another pot filler until we returned the other one causing me to pay a plumber multiple times.
2. As far as this being a living finish, I fully understand that the finish would change over time. But to be a completely different color in a few months is absurd. Why even offer the color if it's not going to last? I don't mind the look of the faucet and soap dispenser but the drain is gold. We didn't order gold. Who orders something in a particular color only to have it completely change over a few months? That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. The pictures I posted are from 2 months after the installation, not 2yrs.
3. We obviously understand you don't manufacture the parts, but as the distributor, you should stand behind them right? All you did was pass the buck to California faucets; who did nothing. I wish I could sell parts to customers then just shrug my shoulders when they don't work right.. Again, absolutely absurd.
4. Trying to blame the plumber on the installation? Again, absurd. If you looked through the emails you said you have, you'd see the video I sent which shows the pot filler leaking through the joints and the faucet being all wobbly. Explain how the plumber could do that? You can't.
I absolutely stand behind my review. And I'm glad you've been in business for almost 100yrs, congratulations. I'm sure in those 100yrs you've have some pissed off customers. To act like you haven't is pretty arrogant. The reason I posted this review almost 2yrs later is because honestly... I forgot about it until I took a look the gold drain in my sink. Then all the memories of the horrific experience I had came rushing back. I also find it pretty ironic how now you’re willing to help us… Atlantic wasn’t willing to help us when we had the problem 2yrs ago but now, after a bad review, you mysteriously are all about helping us. What a bunch of BS that is.

Don't go in here service is super slow you can order 2 parts and the guys disappear in the back for an hour, messed up threads on my gas pipe last time I had them thread it, and was there on a Saturday I ordered about 5 items sat there for an hour waiting for 5 simple fittings . Unreal. Better off going to Ferguson, and it's faster to grab your own item's

Colin really helped me when I was in a hot water heater crisis! He is so knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of my questions and helped me make a solid purchase! I will definitely be back to Atlantic Plumbing!

My husband and I came to the showroom to find a very odd size sink for a kitchen. The amazing women in the office weny above and beyond looking for something that would work for us. After researching a ton of books and being on the computers they found one that we are hopefully having installed tomorrow and it's exactly what we wanted. I can't say enough about these ladies and how helpful and nice they were.
