I recently came to this store with no knowledge but a little bit of hope that I could leave with whatever part that I needed to fix my shower. Only coming in with a picture of my shower valve… Sam was able to look at it and with pure confidence tell me what brand it was. What part it was. Damien standing next to her also peeked at the picture and shook his head yes In confidence. Which also brought Sean over to look at it because I think he felt left out. With all 3 telling me it was a delta. And (After telling her my water wouldn’t stop coming out of my shower head) she gave me a whole diagnostics sheet of my shower valve with every part and part number. I was in and out within 5 minutes and have a working shower again!

I just wanted to thank Sean or Shawn for his excellent service. I went in with very little knowledge and he swooped in and got me everything I needed. I even had to call the store to get some advice on something I was stuck on and he got me through it. I don’t know the persons name but some other guys answer was “call a plumber” Sean was professional in store and on the phone and was beyond super helpful. Thank you pal!! You’re a lifesaver!!

Thursday 4/28/21 I'm happy to report that the folks at Ferguson realized the price mistake on the shark bite fitting and they credited my account on Monday 4/26/21. This was a pleasant surprise and I thank the folks at Ferguson for doing the right thing. For that I'll move you from 2 stars up to 4 stars. Thanks for the credit. Tuesday 4/6/21 I needed a couple of fittings to finish a local job. I have a cash account registered with Ferguson to get some trade discount. One of the parts I needed was a 1" shark bite coupling. That one part cost me $24.25. I needed the part, so I just said to the young lady at the counter, that price is rather steep. I checked Lowes price on line same part $11. + change. Buyer beware I got soaked on one fitting. I wonder what the non discounted price is? Ferguson if you monitor comments order # that day CS411645.
