After several calls to receive an estimate and NO return call, I stopped in to inquire about an estimate. The gentleman took my information and said someone would call me in a day.... it's been three weeks and no one has called. Clearly business is good! I was able to give a smaller company a big job who I would not have normally selected. And they did a fantastic job and was able to get 2 referrals from my one job. Follow up is key folks! A call to say we are behind would have sufficed.
From call #1 they came out did the measurements. I got the estimate via email and set up dates for installation. They dropped off the material and then a day or later the contractor came out and did the work. They did a fabulous job and even made some great suggestions. I'm very pleased with the work they did. It was a little pricey

This was my 3rd time using Amechi in 5 years. Since the first 2 experiences were great, it made sense to go back to them to complete my project. This was a mistake! Amechi is now Fence USA and under different ownership. They are totally unorganized. Took too many weeks to return phone calls; didn't know how to handle a cash transaction at the desk and the delivery driver couldn't back up in my driveway straight so he left tire tracks all over a newly seeded lawn. I called to let them know and they were to get back to me. ...still waiting...
I must admit, Bonnie the estimator and Steve the installer are top notch people. Probably hold overs through the transition. Steve was here all 3 times to install and if he leaves them, there would be no reason for anyone to do business with Fence USA again!

Previously installed fence system 7,000.00 plus. Installation partially corrected by new owner with promise to correct balance when parts available. Called to inquire with owner and informed he was not there and repairs could not be made because he did not install. In my business 28 plus years I always guaranteed my installs, especially if improperly done. I am not asking for repairs but proper installation of the product. Would be nice if the new owner would call to discuss same. When one buys a business, does he not also buy the
previous problems, ie. especially when partially completed?

Excellent fence installation. Was glad they took an extra day to do a great job. The installers were nice guys and were upfront notifying us that they accidentally crunched an irrigation pipe, The price was less than several other company's quotes and the fence looks great. I would have given the company 5 stars had the workers not stuffed 2 of our 3 60 Gallon trash bins with empty cement backs and unneeded hardware parts without asking permission. Made trash collection day a challenge.

I had a great experience with every worker I came in contact with. Bonnie came out quickly to assess replacement of about 8 panels due to destruction from a neighbor's fire. When I was ready to have the job done I called and spoke with Bonnie and made a change to a few panels. She made the adjustments to my work order. The installers came out the following week at 8 am as promised and started working right away. They were very professional and polite. They cleaned up all of the debri.
