I have experienced extremely POOR service from this property management company. Despite multiple attempts to contact them about a serious issue—my basement flooding due to their negligence in maintaining the waterline to the pump room—I have received no response since November 2023. I have called them over 100 times and sent several emails, yet they have not addressed the problem or even acknowledged my concerns. This level of disregard for tenants' issues is unacceptable, and I would rate their service as ZERO stars.

Don't let your town sell any land to this corporation.

On 9/29/2023, Matthew Olmsted, the Property Manager at Xchange at Secaucus Junction, terminated my gym membership due to an alleged incident of personal training. However, neither my friend nor I are certified trainers, and there were no fees involved in our activities. My friend and I occasionally switch up our workouts to stay motivated. Recently, we shared our routines. Since my friend uses heavier weights, I monitored his form and motivated him rather than working out together. My intention was to support him, not provide professional training. I'm extremely disappointed with how Matthew handled this matter, and I request reconsideration of the membership revocation and its prompt reinstatement.

This company provides legal services for Harbortown Breeze/Middlesex Management, and is just as horrible as the them. Below is my horrific experience with Harbortown Breeze's so called, "Luxury Apartments", their maintenance company, and legal company. After having to get legal counsel myself, Atlantic RDC unprofessionally handled the situation. You can see my original review with photos under Harbortown Breeze's Google listing with photos showing the unfinished, so called new built, never rented to anyone before apartment/fiasco. After the painters the complex or Middlesex Management hired, came to paint, they didn't lay down sheets over our furniture and damaged it. Atlantic RDC gave us the option of moving out or $150 compensation. Of course we moved out because all they do is ignore their clients until they're exhausted and give up. That being said, we paid them all the dubious fees they charged us after the fact. After several our multiple contact attempts to have these bogus charges removed, they just kept ignoring us. Especially in the case of them not abiding by NJ Tenant laws like charging us for Child Window Guards for families with children under the age of 10 in which this applies to my family. According to NJ Admin Code 5:10-27.1, owners of the property or others responsible for the management or control of a multiple dwelling are required to provide, install, and manage the child window guards. I encourage all families looking for a new home in a complex setting to check which companies handle maintenance for the complex as well as who their legal department is. You're not informed until after you sign the lease. You can then check their Google reviews to see how they just get over on people. You can then search for a more professional and reliable company to do business with which actually cares about their customers. That being said, we lived their for 3.5 months before moving out of this nightmare.
