Bob was incredible! First, he answered right away late Friday afternoon and made himself available for the same day. Unfortunately, I needed to schedule for another day which he called ahead of time. He was very punctual. He thoroughly explained what work needed to be done, what work should be done, and went over different affordable options. His work was emaculate. 10 out of 10, Bob!
Thankfully, came to the rescue with their prompt and efficient response. They didn't skip a beat, coordinating with my cousin to gain access to the property and assess the situation. Their professionalism and expertise were evident from the moment they arrived, and they wasted no time in resolving the issue. I'm incredibly grateful for their quick action and seamless communication, which turned a potential disaster into a minor inconvenience. We had an issue with a running toilet and Bob came out within 2 hours of us calling and had our toilet fixed within 20 minutes. He was kind, attentive and explained what he was doing to ensure we felt satisfied and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Today (March 19, 2024) Bob fixed my kitchen faucet and the drain pipes. He explained to me in details about the leaking water issues. He is really knowledgeable about the house pipes and the drain lines. He quickly fixed everything using the top quality faucet and pipes with a reasonable price. Again he did an excellent job with a whole year warranty.
Reviewed in 2023:Quick response and fixed the leaked water control valve in basement and replaced the outside water faucet in the same day. Bob is very professional and he detected the water leak in the kitchen too. The price is very reasonable and he did excellent job. We’ll recommend him to our friends and use his services in the future.

Mr. Bob is an absolute genius in a plumbing world. He was punctual and professional with the appointment time. He replaced my kitchen faucet with utmost care and knowledge. My mind was blown for the fact of knowledge that he had about plumbing and heating. Thank You Very Much Sir and God bless you.

When you call Bob's Plumbing & Heating, who do you get? Well, you get Bob. Who is Bob? He's the owner of the company and the licensed and experienced plumber that's going to do your job.
These facts alone give you some important information. Firstly, Bob has had the good business sense to have formed his own company and to have kept it going for many years. (Not an easy feat in such a competitive industry.) Secondly, his skills and experience alone have supported his business for a long time. Thirdly, since you're talking with the guy that's going to do your job, you don't have to repeat yourself.
Bob has seen and tackled many different plumbing problems by himself for people over the years. That experience is invaluable to have in a plumber. And that's a big reason why we use him for most of our plumbing needs.
We have a 70+ year old house and over the years, we have called on Bob to take care of a number of our plumbing problems from clearing a clogged drain, to replacing a sump pump, to replacing a water filter system, to replacing bathroom and kitchen faucets. In each case, he has done an excellent job.
Here are some quotes from Bob that we like: "I put in your house, what I have put in my own." "I don't like to be called back to a job, so I make sure it's done right the first time."
Bob is punctual, sticks to his price quote, does quality up-to-code work, cleans up after the job (Usually, there isn't that much of a mess though.), and, in the end, asks you if you're satisfied with his work.

I've dealt with Bob for going on 20 years since I moved here. Whenever I had a plumbing problem Bob has become my GO TO person. If he couldn't resolve my problem, he knew who to refer me to. He is dependable and returns phone calls. He leaves your home a clean environment. Bob's phone number sits on my emergency list on my fridge.
