Had a great and reliable experience with Charlie and Eli from NJ Pipe Dr. They came in to fix and replace piping from an unexpected bathroom leak. They were detailed in explaining what they needed to do each step of the way so we felt assured throughout the entire process. Charlie was thorough, reliable, and professional. Service was quick and to the point. Pricing was also fairer than other places we called. Would 100% recommend again.
Our AC wasn’t working on our downstairs unit. It wasn’t getting cold so I called NJ Pipe Doctor and they sent someone out the same day! The technician Lei went over everything with me and did an excellent job he fixed our issue right away. If you are having AC issues then I would highly recommend NJ Pipe. The owner Ray does a great job and his team really cares about helping their customers. Give them a call!

Extremely extremely impressed with New Jersey pipe doctor. Had a water heater installed by Colin in an emergency was done late. And decided to have my air conditioning and heating system updated as I was living in the house 17 years. The work is impeccable. Jeff put the whole deal together. Extremely professional. They work efficiently and fast. Everything in my basement and even the sub pump connections inside and outside are just impeccable. I would highly highly recommend this company.

I encountered a problem with my water heater, and NJ Pipe Doctor provided assistance promptly. Bob Finley and his colleague Nick demonstrated exceptional expertise and professionalism while replacing the hot water heater in my home. The task was completed with professionalism and thoroughness. I will certainly engage their services for any upcoming plumbing requirements.

I had a great experience with NJ Pipe Doctor. Charlie was the plumber assigned and he was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I got a great price and excellent service. Amazingly this company is really good at working on tight spaces and accessing hard to reach lines. I’m going to continue to use them in the future.

We recently had a leaking water main valve which prompted us to call a plumber. After some research we called NJ Pipe Doctor. The tech, Jordan, came to the property to assess and diagnose the issue. He was very knowledgeable. He explained several contributing factors as to why there was a leak and ways to remedy the issue. His explanation was clear and thorough. His professional demeanor and commitment to his profession was very much appreciated. A great example of how a such a transaction should be conducted.

Unfortunately, we had problems with our main sewer line, and it had to be replaced. We called NJ Pipe Doctor.
Rick came out to access the situation and made arrangements for the work. This was hard enough to go through, but the professional and considerate workers at NJ Pipe Doctor made it easier to deal with -
James and the crew of guys; and Tony-the excavator. The central air systems had to be removed and reinstalled, Mike and Caesar got them back up and running . The entire crew was excellent and hard working.
As it was so hot and the central air units had to be removed, Jeff the Supervisor brought a portable air conditioner to help.
They were all the best. Thank you guys!!

Ray R.was super responsive in setting up a great team the very next morning to replace and upgrade our hot water heater that had failed late the night before. Jeff R. and Andrew L. were very efficient and thorough in the removal of the old unit and the installation of the upgraded tankless unit. They included me in the process to make sure the external inlet and discharge were in locations acceptable to us and went up and beyond to finish the install in a professional and clean manner. We are very satisfied with their work and would recommend NJ Pipe Doctor to friends and family.

I had a very good experience with the representatives Jordan and Duke were great. They replaced my water heater the same day it was leaking. Very happy with their service. I highly recommend NJ Pipe Doctor!
