We have a Hotpoint microwave that stopped working and we didn’t know what to do about it, so I called Ortega’s to schedule an appointment to fix it. They got back to me right away and I was able to schedule an appointment that next week right before our warranty expired! They were able to accommodate the time so I would be home from work as well. Our technician was Stan R. He called ahead to make sure we were there and ready for him. He was very professional and did an amazing job at fixing the issue. He told us what happened and why it had stopped working, and he explained what he did to fix it. He was very kind. We are very happy to have our microwave working again and this was a really great experience for us!
Ask to look a faucet issue not to fix but take a look. Couldn't be bother. Last time I use them . Fixed minor dishwater issue maybe 15 minutes at $150 upfront .

The service guys at Ortega's are masters of diagnostics. JE came by to replace our 18 year-old Sub-Zero freezer fan motor and drawer gasket (he had nailed the two related problems earlier) and so I asked about a drain problem on our dishwasher. He nailed that too--an almost completely occluded drain hose full of gunk, which I fixed myself right after JE left. Thank you JE!

Office answered phone call quickly. I didn’t even have to wait a full week to get an appointment. James, the technician, showed up and immediately knew problem with ice maker. He had a replacement on truck, didn’t have to order parts and make me wait another month. After fixing ice maker he checked all other parts, noticed light bulbs out and offered to replace those. He was quick and courteous. Great experience!

I was quite happy with Ortega Appliance Service. I have an expensive Bosch microwave and luckily have an extended warranty that Ortega Appliance. Service honored. He came out and within 10 minutes if listening to it knew exactly what the problem was. Easy fix. I wasnt happy that it was such an easy fix that I had to have a company to come out to get it going in 15 minutes, but he was GREAT. VERY FRIENDLY. Would use and recommend this company again in a heartbeat!!

Stan is absolutely the best! He was able to diagnose my dryer’s problem, order the parts and fix it—all in 4 days. Less than half the price of a comparable new dryer. I’ve used Ortega’s several times before on various appliances and have always been impressed.

Great and FAST service! My dishwasher went out on a Sunday, I called on a Monday, it was fixed on Tuesday. They roll the service call cost into the price of repair (which every repair company doesn't do) and the repair man was able to diagnose, fix, and test within an 1.5 hours. They also guarantee their work and parts which I really appreciate. The price was high, but this is the first time i've had to repair a major appliance in my home, so I think it was comparable based on the quotes I got from around town.

I was initially pretty disappointed by the service provided by their technician but the owner of the company was willing to speak with me and go over my concerns. I was informed of their 90 day warranty for evaluations/diagnoses (not sure if I missed it the first time or if they never told me about it though). They promptly sent over a second tech, who was phenomenal, Stanley. He was very thorough, very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and made sure to walk me through the entire process and possible solutions to our problem. I was actually pleasantly impressed the second time around.

What a pleasure it is doing business with Ortega’s Appliance Service. The scheduling is easy. They are so friendly and easy to work with. Stan is the consummate professional. He was on time, quickly identified my problem and even quicker resolved my problem. I’ve been doing business with Ortega’s for over 20 years now. They are fast, friendly and above all else, competent. They have me for life.
