I took my vehicle there last week to get my windshield replaced. Picked it up- the rubber gasket is broken in several places and the metal that goes into my hood from the windshield is no longer snapping into place on either side. I took my vehicle in the next day. A receptionist took pics and said the owner would call me this Wednesday. Nothing. No call. So, I called today and was told that I couldn’t be prioritized. He barely got back in and had several other things to deal with. She couldn’t tell me when he would call me back or why I had to wait for the owner for a resolution. She said that’s just what they’ve always done. I paid out of pocket for the replacement and went there because Hyundai referred me to them. So far, I’ve not had good customer service and am not at all happy with the replacement. I should’ve gone to someone else.

Have taken my vehicles for glass work to ASAP Glass more than a few times throughout the years. Have always had a good experience, but I recently returned to get my windshield replaced. I paid a premium (which I was fine with) only to be returned with scratches on my vehicle, windshield gasket was coming off within a day of taking my vehicle to them, was called multiple times throughout the windshield replacement process saying they were going to snap OEM plastic parts to replace my windshield and couldn’t replace them. Seems like their quality has drastically decreased and no one knows what they’re doing anymore. Might as well pay an extra $100 and go through my dealership than have to deal with the unprofessionalism I recently experienced. Cherry on top is their front desk staff. Zero…Absolutely ZERO customer service. If you are that unhappy with your job, do something else. People are bringing you their hard earned money and the front desk management comes across lazy and just plain rude. Won’t be recommending this company to my friends or family anymore.

Super skilled installers, techs, and writers. I keep going back. Windshield last time. Perfect install at an unbeatable price. I’m cash only. This time, I needed tint for a 30 year old “special” Toyota Previa Van. Got the best. Love the results!!

ASAP is a fast an efficient team! They replaced my bedroom window after it got smashed by my patio Pergola. Jeremiah and Rich were very friendly and kind and cleaned up all the glass in the room very nicely! I have also had my windshield replaced here along with getting my car tented And everything is in spectacular! Will always recommend ASAP in any glass situation!
