The owner Maria is awful the way she leads you on with lie after lie excuse after excuse even using Covid still in 2024. She will give you a day and time frame and a quote and then nobody show's up and then when you call she acts like she doesn't remember what lie she told you the first time and lies to you again. Pay attention to the other reviews and just keep on looking to save yourself all the wasted time.
Been trying to call them to let them know my window is leaking yet I'm ignored. Submitting a lawsuit is easy for me and don't trust this company if they can't respond or do things properly. Also they own a trucking company, which is possibly even worst, seems they keep getting reported by their auto glass company to continue changing their name. His name is Richard and the other guy who helps him is Carlos. a new type of window scammers who is always changing. Also I got their receipts and phone number m, they need to be put on the internet for their scheme.

You guys are amazing.
Got a quote from another company and Glass Doctor was almost $400 less. Got scheduled and replaced within four hours. They were able to order my windshield and get me in and out, hassle free on a Saturday. Will definitely come back for any windshield repair or replacement. Julio, Vanessa and Cameron were great! Thank you so much!

My car window was broken into and when my insurance company scheduled the repair it wasn’t for over a week. Even though it was a Sunday, I called Glass Doctor and they scheduled me for the next day. When I arrived they set the expectation that the appointment would take an hour or two, which I was fine with. What was great is that it actually took less than an hour. They were empathetic, helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend Glass Doctor!

I called this place to get a quote for my window replacement, I was told to put a down payment but I paid for the glass in full upfront. The following day, we took our car in, only to be told that they had ordered the wrong part. I specifically told the lady the door behind the driver’s seat, she asked me right or left and I reiterated to her behind the driver’s seat, on the left. Her response was, I clicked on the wrong button when I placed the order. We didn’t even get a discount for the mishap, any other company would have at least owned up to their mistake and try to correct it by offering a discount. She set up another appointment for us as they didn’t have the glass in stock, they had to retrieve one from across town. My husband took our car back again, they completed the job within two hours. When I got home from work, I noticed there were scratches on the glass. I called the place up and let the lady know what I’ve discovered, her response was the glass gets scratched while in transport, but you don’t have a broken window. I’ll see what I can do, I can get you in sometimes next week. I gave them a couple of days to honor their promise, but to date we have not received a call back.
