I had a 12x30 patio poured in September, 2022. 2 to 3 months later I reached out to Omar about a large crack that was forming. He explained sometimes that happens and he'd fix that section come Spring. It's since cracked again and I have yet to hear from him about seeing what can be done.
I'm just disappointed that such a large investment didn't last at all. It's now been 11 months and its chipping from the larger cracks and small other cracks have formed. Seems like something went wrong, I look at concrete everywhere I go now and I never see such new concrete cracked like mine.
These guys did a beautiful job with removing our original patio floor and putting in the new one with the extension

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This is a very professional company with very professional crews. Omar Chavira is very responsive and communicates well about what is going on. These guys have poured 4 large projects for me, including demo, curbcuts, permitting and clean up. Every job has been executed well and Omar and his guys have been quick to make last-minute adjustments when requested. I can't say enough about the level of service and professionalism I have received from this company.

We used Chavira’s Quality Concrete to redo our sidewalk last year but they did such a great job. We decided to call Omar and CQC team again this year to do the whole front yard and on the side of the house. We had major drainage issues on one side of our house. The CQC team and I discussed long term solution and decided to implemented their suggested plan. It took Omar and the CQC team two days to remove the old concrete and pavers on the side and front of the house and pour new concrete (that was super fast in my opinion). The work was fairly priced, Omar and CQC team was experienced and worked well together. We were very satisfied with the end result- on time, dependable, honest and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend CQC for concrete work!

This is our second time using Chavira Quality Concrete, as with the first slab they poured, the second was done equally well. Great crew, on time, great cleanup and communication. Omar works very hard to oversee any possible issues that might arise.

I had a really good experience with Chavira Quality Concrete. They tore up and removed a lot of crumbling concrete from our backyard. I contacted several concrete contractors and Chavira was very reasonably priced and started the work just 3 days after coming out for a quote. Omar and the crew showed up when they said they would and finished more quickly than I expected. I work from home and the crew were professional and efficient and it did not disrupt my day at all. When they finished, they not only cleaned up the space we hired them to take care of but also disposed of some yard debris in some spaces that were not part of the job. I would definitely call them again for any other concrete-related work!

Called Chavira Quality Concrete 3 days ago for an estimate and now my patio is done! Very fast turn around time, fair prices and friendly/professional people. The patio looks great and they left the yard in better condition than they found it. I will absolutely use Chavira again in the future for any concrete needs I have. A+

Excellent contractor, employees, and service! They were always prompt and professional and the quality of their work was impeccable. We’ve always found it difficult to find good contractors in Albuquerque, but definitely lucked out with Chavira Quality Concrete! Thank you, Omar and crew!

I found Chavira’s Quality Concrete through Thumbtack and sent a request for Quote on Saturday morning Nov 7, 2020 around 0830. Omar contacted me and scheduled the quote for 1100 on the same day, which I was pleasantly surprised. Omar arrived at the scheduled time and I explained my “vision” for the project. The project area was approx. 1100sqft that required different colored and stamped concrete, to include a 23-foot “L” shaped concrete bench.
Omar understood my request and by Sunday evening I received the initial quote with my color and stamp pattern options. After I selected my colors and stamp patterns I received my final quote on that Tuesday. On Wednesday, the project start date was scheduled for that following Monday. Omar’s immediate availability, responsiveness, professionalism and great value made his company the obvious choice for my project (I had received multiple quotes).
On the commencement of the project, Omar and his crew showed up on time and immediately began prep work. Omar explained the process and again verified my “vision.” Omar and his crew arrived on time every day (4 days) and would immediately begin working. Omar was on site for the duration of the project and worked great with his crew. Omar consulted with me throughout the project and made recommendations even if it meant adjusting previous work completed to ensure the utmost quality. At the end of every day Omar would review the day’s work and explain the work that is to follow the next day.
Omar was meticulous and a consummate professional throughout the entirety of the project. His crew was professional and hard working. Upon completion of the project his crew cleaned up the job site and ensured all of my questions were answered before they left. I would highly recommend Chavira’s Quality Concrete to anyone who wants professional concrete work performed.
