Overall

I use these guys for delivering hot tubs dozens of times per year. They are great. Special shout out to Stephanie who has pulled my metaphorical bacon from the fire many times.

The driver drove into our tree, knocking down a huge branch, then lied about it. The owner apparently “ran an internal investigation” but came up with nothing. I watched as the driver pulled up from where the branch was hanging out. However, I missed him actually hitting it. Regardless, the branch was on the ground, with tree branches all over the back of the truck. Since I did not see the branch physically falling (even though I watched the driver drive in the exact spot the branch was originally hanging over and where it fell on the ground, the company is talking ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. Basically, I watched the driver pull up from the spot. He would have hit the branch as he backed into the spot. This is why I missed it. If the branch(es) were on the ground before the driver, then the driver would have had to run over the 15-20ft branch and the smaller branches stemming from it. Had he run it (them) over, the branches would be broken. This is not the case. The branches were never run over, as they are all still intact. When I asked the driver if he had run over the branches, he said no. The driver tried blaming it on the wind (it has not been windy). Again, if the branches were on the ground before the driver arrived, he would have run them over with his multi-ton crane truck, and the branches would be BROKEN. Apparently, common sense is hard for this company and its owner. Oh, wait. Really, taking ACCOUNTABILITY for driving into and ruining other people's property is what’s hard. Cheap service for a reason…
