This company was recommended in an online group, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Surprise #1: The owner himself picked up the phone right away when I called, and was super friendly and patient as I explained. Turns out he was on the highway, so he said his office manager would call me back shortly. Surprise #2: She called back within 5 minutes. She was also very friendly and efficient. We booked a time for them to come out and check if the doorbell in my courtyard wall could be repaired or replaced. A handyman had said it would require extensive rewiring to fix it as it was an old bell with old wires in an old wall. Surprise #3: The two young electricians who came out fixed it in 10 minutes. They only charged me for the basic call and that was that. This is our go-to electrician company from now on. Wonderful local business.
Highly recommend Watt Electric. They answered my call right away, got service technicians out the next morning, and resolved the issue quickly. The staff were kind and helpful. Will definitely be using them in the future if an electrician is needed.

Nothing but great things to say about Watt Electric. After being stood up by two other electricians, Watt kept to their appointment times and Maddie always notified me if they were running behind. When they did the job, the gentlemen who came were polite and kept all their work areas clean. Auram wasn't on site for the actual job, but he gave the estimate, ran his team through the procedures and honored the estimate even when the guys ran into a snag during the day of the installation. I would happily work with Rick and his company again. I recommend them highly!!

Just needed a basic house call, but they were able to squeeze me in the same afternoon and got here on time. Super nice people, would definitely recommend and will call them again the next time I need electrical work.

Very grateful to Auram & Maddy for resolving my electrical problem, & kindly explaining everything to me. I called for service early on a Monday, & had a callback in minutes. It was only an hour later they arrived & fixed me up. They were both knowledgeable & professional, as well as friendly, patient & kind. Watt Electric has done a great job on some projects for me in the past, so I knew I could count on them again. Thanks Auram & Maddy.

Watt Electric LLC did an excellent job correcting a botched job another electrician did at my house. I was on an incredibly tight schedule and they were booked solid, but Rick Vigil managed to squeeze me in the following day. He was upfront with how much it would cost if the job was simple versus complicated. I appreciated that. The electricians he sent were professional and very competent. Within minutes of their arrival they found the problem the previous electrician had created and corrected it. They also went the extra step of checking all of his other work to make sure I wouldn’t have any problems in the future. I highly recommend Watt Electric LLC and would gladly hire them in the future.

To begin with, Watt Electric we’re very respectful and responsive to my calls. However, the work they did with my swamp cooler was completely useless. They “fixed” and “replaced” my swamp cooler wiring. And it worked for two weeks but after this period the system stopped working again. I had to contract a personal electrician to come and replace ALL wires because this company didn’t replace anything and charged me more than $700 dollars for doing nothing.
