First off I'd like to mention that every time we come in here to purchase equipment they treat you like you're not important, always blowing you off when we ask for quotes when we are ready to purchase. I know Ditch Witch makes a good product so I'm not bashing on them, it's the customer service at this branch that is absolutely terrible. This has been going on for years. We run an Excavating business and when we need equipment we need it fast not whenever they feel like it. Everytime they call asking why we wont do business with them it always ends up the same way. We will stick with Vermeer.
