I used united rental all the time and they dropped the ball on me the day before my job started. United and sunbelt couldn't get me a life for at least a week franks rental had the 80ft lift I need and deliver it on time even though I changed the time and lift sized 2 times on them they worked with me no problems at all Mark and Danny were awesome and very professional. Not to mention there lift was the newest lift I've ever received from any lift company. I will definitely be using Franks from now on. I highly recommend to anyone who had the same issue I had with the other companies.

As a nonprofit animal welfare organization, we were deeply disappointed by their handling of our account and rental fees. The process was marked by extreme unprofessionalism, with delays and constantly changing terms of agreement. We were shuffled between multiple representatives and were shocked by their attempt to sell us a used forklift at double its value in response to our feedback on their communication failures. It is disheartening to see a company that claims to support small local businesses behave in such a manner. Our primary goal was to purchase a forklift for our pet pantry program, which serves animals and pet owners in our community. Their unprofessional conduct, bait-and-switch tactics with pricing and terms, and abrupt termination of our agreement have dealt a disappointing blow to the pets and people of Torrance, Santa Fe, Bernalillo County, and beyond.
