I had Mr. Montoya make custom chair pads for my outdoor furniture and he recovered a rocking chair seat. My brother has had several pieces of furniture re-upholstered and those also came out beautiful. I was very very pleased with the workmanship and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend.
I dropped off four chairs to be done back in nov 2021. Owner kept taking new orders ahead of mine.always excuse after excuse. Never called as I asked to keep up on progress. One chair was for resale they botched the cushion. Poor job of upholstery stopped by unannounced to check progress nothing done it’s been 10 months. His excuse is workers died or there are people waiting over a year, he promised me I’d have them back before Christmas will never use him again

This place had my item for over 9 weeks without doing anything. When I dropped it off, the owner said he was busy & it would take 6-8 weeks to finish. Hadn't heard from him in 7 weeks, so I stopped by & the owner said my item would be ready "next week or the week after." Did not hear from him the following 2 weeks, so I stopped by again. This time he said he was busy with another order, (which I'm sure came in after mine). No apology - did not bother to call to tell me he couldn't do my order - in fact, he didn’t even know what my order was & couldn’t find it in his shop until we showed him! Never bothered to call me. Unprofessional, messy, disorganized, poor customer service - & all on Christmas Eve to boot.

Orlando is laid back but running an excellent business. Also his staff appears to be very talented and experienced. They reupholstered an antique wood and cushioned chair for me and had to glue the joints and rebuild the seat. Ace will be my go to shop for any other pieces I need to reupholster.

I asked the guys here to reupholster a motorcycle seat for a custom build that I'm doing. I'm really happy with the job. Nice people here; very responsive and good communication.
