The website indicates that they sell parts so called to see if they had the part I needed but no one answered. Since it's a really common part, I decided just to drive down and pick it up at the address shown which is in a retail shopping center. After 15 minute drive, then driving around trying to find a suite number that doesn't exist, I called again but no answer. Five minutes later, before I left, a polite guy answered and told me they didn't have a retail location. He apologized and said he doesn't know why the owner does that but I could meet him on the other end of town to pick up the part.

I wish I could leave no stars. Nestor came highly recommended by a friend but that is where the positive ended. He has been rude everytime I have contacted him to give him business like he is doing me a favor. I understand being busy but he acts like he is gracing you with his presence and that there is no need for any sort of polite interaction. After the work requested was done I decided to use a different company for another service needed. That company was polite and was able to fix an issue that The Garage Door Doctor said he was not able to fix. Very very poor experience with this company I would take my business anywhere else.

Nestor provides great service and is very professional. Best guy to use for garage doors in Albuquerque hands down. Have used him for 4 houses over the last 6 years and the service has been top notch every time.

Nestor and his assistant were prompt, friendly, and professional. They had a great-looking door in stock, and the door installation went off without a hitch. I was also getting an aluminum cap over the existing garage door frame and I couldn't schedule the cap installation until after the garage door was installed (everybody's all booked up these days), so Nestor came out again after the cap was installed and finished up the weather stripping, no extra charge. Everything works just fine, and the new door looks great.
