I would recommend Acme Fence to anyone looking for superb customer service and satisfaction. The owner Dennis and his skilled technician Jason Mayes went far out of their way to be sure we were pleased with their service. Rather than making us wait a week or more like most companies nowadays, this awesome, stellar, mom and pop business delivered for us in record time with the most off the chart quality customer service we’ve experienced.
Our automatic gate was installed in 2004 so issues are expected. The motorized arm that attaches to our gate is so old that it over extends on its own or the timing is a bit off on occasion. Jason fixes it and it happens again. Dennis and Jason informed us it will need to be replaced eventually but rather than pushing us into an expensive replacement and install advised us to wait until it goes out on its own. This in and of itself is enough but on top of this the last time it gave us issues the owner himself walked me through how to fix the issue myself! The gate had hit a package that was thrown over the fence and caused us to blow a fuse. Dennis had me simply open the box, swap the fuse and bam issue solved! On top of that I mentioned the timing seemed to be off a bit again and Jason was out immediately the next morning to check it out and fix it again. Wow!!! What an uncommon awesome company to work with. Thanks Acme Fence!! You guys are great!

Very good people. I wanted to do a minor upgrade to my existing gate, but manufacturer recommended I needed to upgrade my entire system. The owners spent 1-2 hours of their time modifying existing hardware so I can install it in my current setup. I probably a few hundred dollars, and everything is working great. Thanks for the support.

Dennis you deserve every single glowing review. I should have done this awhile ago! We appreciate you and your team for your professionalism, knowledge, skill, promptness, cheerful and wonderful conversation. The electric gate and fencing has given us peace of mind that Dad is safe, not having to get in and out of the truck when he leaves the house or comes home. Thank you, thank you! I would recommend Acme Fencing to be a Company of the utmost quality and dedication to to their customers. Jason Mayes is an honest man and truly cares not only about his work ethics but the Customers that hire him. The quality of work provide is top notch. He has done a lot of work on my property over the years. Very professional and truly cares about his his quality of work.
