Can’t speak to their work because they didn’t ever return calls or online inquiries. Left multiple messages and sent multiple inquiries. They then sent me a request to rate them, so here we are. Maybe consider stopping by their office during business hours? They never took my calls, so maybe they’re helping people in person.

Came for an estimate. I was told 5 days or so. Nothing. Called back and was told give me a couple more days. Happened one more time. I wanted an install asap and I feel my time was wasted by their lack of customer service

I called and spoke with a Tech about getting a quote for a privacy fence for my residential property. They said they would come by later that week and never did nor called to reschedule. I called back a week or so later to try a second time. I was told someone would call me by the end of the week to schedule a time to come by. Again, no word. I cannot speak to the quality of their product, but, so far, their customer service has been disappointing.

Gabe is great! I wish we needed more fencing so I could work with him again :) He was great to work with and communicated well. Our office isn't in Albuquerque, so he was really helpful with sending photos to make sure we knew the conditions of the land and the completed photos once the fence was up. Will definitely use again if we have the opportunity.
