I got a new home build inspected by them and the inspector told me that there was a couple hollow tiles but the whole floor was good to go. 2 years later I go to sell that house and the same inspector comes out and says the whole floor needs to be replaced because all the tiles are hollow and that it happened during construction. Seriously? You did not inspect my home and cost me thousands for something that should have been caught years ago. Filed with better business bureau and I've religiously told colleagues to stay away from your shady business.
