My A/C unit had a great check-up by Anderson Air yesterday. The technician was polite and professional. He told me what diagnostics were done to determine that the unit is operating within manufacturer’s specifications. Also changed the filters and cleaned the condenser coils. It will be a cool summer thanks to Anderson Air Corps. ?
Brandon and Andres appeared to do the check on the AC. Brandon didn’t report off to me any readings or measurements to indicate that the AC unit is functioning. I had to ask about the condition of the condenser. Also a greasy gummy substance was tracked into the house and garage on their shoes. They all need to wear clean shoes if entering a home or garage. I would likely request someone else in the future. I also wasn’t notified in advance that Scott Osborne had left Anderson. That should be done immediately to reschedule to the customer’s preference.

We wanted to let you know that Billy was very polite, professional and knowledgeable when he was here. He knew what he was doing and when asked a question responded very professionally.
It was a true delight to have him here and as an older person to be treated with respect.

Anderson Air Corps consistently does great work for me. I have used their installation and maintenance services for over 20 years.Their installation and service people are top notch! Randy does my annual heating and cooling system inspections and preventative maintenance. I am extremely pleased with his work and that of the other professionals at Anderson Air Corps. They are and always have been very responsive to my HVAC needs!

Anderson Air Corps installed our a/c unit and has been servicing it ever since. All of their technicians have been hard working and efficient, especially Greg. He takes his time to ensure everything is working properly, is very professional and personable. Greg provides excellent customer service and is a valuable asset to your company!

Our Ecobee suddenly went black. Dan from Anderson Air Corps troubleshot the problem as soon as he arrived. We really appreciate Anderson Air Corps’ prompt help and have always been impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of the technicians. You should definitely turn to them when your air conditioner is in trouble.

On 4/24/24 Anderson Air Corps professionals Scott & his apprentice restored cold air production of the heat pump on my roof. We are very pleased with their workmanship, thoroughness, information sharing and sincere courtesy. I rate the experience as A+, 5 Star, really great! Many thanks to the technicians and Anderson Air.

I couldn’t be happier with the level of service Anderson Air provides. Amazing office staff and knowledgeable, thorough technicians, they are the absolute best in the field. Billy did a wonderful job!
Update: just had Arnoldo out to do our spring maintenance. Another excellent technician! So very friendly and knowledgeable. The best of the best are at Anderson Air!

Anderson Air Corp has been servicing our systems for years. They keep them in good working order with regular seasonal checkups.
