First time contacting this company. The technician that came to my house was respectful and knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to apply a workaround on my air conditioning system so I could at least turn it back on and finally get some cool air! He told me they would return and fix the issue as it should be fixed (he didn’t have the correct materials to fix the issue at the time). I will update my review after their service is completed. Hoping for the best ?

I am so very satisfied with the service I received from B Carlson this week, from the people who answer the phone 24/7 to the technician that came to my home. Excellent. Thank you Ben for your awesome service and for putting up with having to answer all my dumb questions ? Highly recommend B Carlson, give them a try!
It took 5 months to find an HVAC Company we felt we could trust to meet our refrigerated air installation needs. After meeting with B. Carlson - Mario & Jeremy, they answered all our questions and provided us with a clear and in-depth estimate on the total installation cost. The B. Carlson installers - Kirk, Miguel (Jr), Marcos & Omar performed in a professional manner and addressed any additional questions or concerns; they met our highest expectations when it came to the HVAC installation.

We were looking for 24 hour heating and cooling businesses to address an issue we were having with our A/C. We found B. Carlson through google and they had excellent reviews so we decided to give them a try since our normal guy was unavailable and our home warranty found someone that could not even come out until the 15th. Andres came out today with a coworker and they were both wonderful. They checked out our system entirely, made a minor repair and gave us information on a new system as we are running on an older system. There was no sales pressure at any time. They were thorough in checking out our current system and making sure it was running properly until we decide what we will do about a new system. They were both friendly and professional. Thank you!

We have been in New Mexico for a year and established a maintenance contract with Carlson for a twice a year system evaluation. Andres has been our technician for both reviews; he is knowledgeable , friendly and efficient. We are pleased with the thoroughness of his evaluations . With minor adjustments everything has been A -OK but it's comforting to know we have a great company to back us up if we need them.

I had a huge water bill called the city to have them check my meter. Of course it was on my property. TLC wanted $500.00 just to check and the money does not apply towards the repair. B. Carlson charged me $75.00 and provided same-day service. Great company, efficient, knowledgeable and affordable! P.S. I almost forgot to mention, they discovered a broken bathtub drain pipe that I did not even know was a problem and did an excellent repair for me a few days later!!!

Ben was fantastic. My wife is going through cancer treatment and we needed our new cooler started up for us. I knew I had waited too long to schedule an appointment, but Carson came through and we now have a “cool” home. Thank you so much for fitting us in. Your company is the best.

The technician, Marcos, explained everything and accommodated all my specific needs with the shower. It was very easy to book online and Chris was wonderful in confirming the appointment as well.

Outstanding service, on time. Took their time to make sure everything was serviced properly. I highly recommend their service plan membership. They took care of the furnace and swamp cooler thoroughly. Servicemen called ahead, sent a picture of tech, they were dressed and behaved very professionally. The customer service and scheduling are exceptional as well. WORTH EVERY PENNY and so very affordable.

Tech was very courteous and thorough. He explained everything he did and made great recommendations without trying to sell us anything. We had an issue where the tech wasn’t able to come out the day we needed and the dispatcher offered to waive our consult fee no questions asked to make up for the misunderstanding. Great customer service.
