Estevan came to repair our fireplace. Not only did he repair it but he found a 4 foot long flammable
padding that was supposed to be removed. He also explained different types of water filtration/ softening devices for my hard water. He took out particulate matter from my faucet to explain how sediment slows down our stream. It was amazing how much power my faucet had. He gave us estimates on different projects we had. He was absolutely amazing and we signed up for club Daniels we were so impressed with him. He knew the history of our linear fireplace as well as the
changes that were done to our remote. I plan on getting their water softener and my extra washer and dryer installation downstairs. Rarely have I ever met a more knowledgable worker. Thank you Estevan, you were amazing.✨? ✨?️✨?✨
I had a number of guys out to look at my Breezair evaporative cooler last summer. The solenoid needed replaced and so did the pads. The guy who put the pads on didn't know what he was doing and I had to go around behind him and redo his work. Another guy replaced the dump valve which I don't think was necessary and also said I wasn't getting enough water into the units and insisted on replacing the flex hose I had with quarter inch copper. None of those were the problem it was the motor and the belt. I had the belt replaced but it was too tight. Daniels came out and adjusted the belt, ordered the motor which is a direct drive motor with the pulley attached and had it fixed within a week. Now it couldn't work better. It's good to find somebody that knew what they were doing because I've had a lot of bad experiences with the plumbing companies in Albuquerque. I found that for the most part smaller companies are better. I had a company called 3G Plumbing, a master plumber who re piped my whole house last fall. He also fixed my furnace and now has installed external recirculation for my tankless water heater. He also knows what he's doing. So does Daniel's. I've called some of these companies before and they say do you want a plumber or an HVAC guy? The master plumber from 3G Plumbing could do both. I'm sure the Daniels guys can do both as well. It's hard to get good tradespeople anymore.

Initially gave them 1 star - I had a good experience 2 years ago when Daniels installed a new heating and A/C for me. I was told at last year's service that I needed to change the bulb in my air purifier this year. This year when I called for regular service, it was a terrible experience. The technician came out and didn't know what parts he needed to change the air purifier bulb that they installed. He went to the supply house and got the wrong part and didn't realized it until he came back. I showed him the size of my air filters 1x16x24 and he brought back 1x16x25 instead. He didn't know how often to change the air purifier bulb and when I called the office the manager, Anna, told me I didn't need to change it until it was 5 years old. I looked on the manufacturer website and they recommend every 2 years. Daniels did send me an estimate to change the bulb of $500+ but it is available online for $240. When I called the office manager, Anna, I told her about this and she apologized for the service and I asked to speak to the owner or her supervisor because she was talking over me and I did not feel heard. She told me that I would have to deal with her and that no one else would call me back. This is terrible customer service!! She is right - no one has called me back in a week.
Upped my review to 5 starts. Happy to say I got satisfactory resolution on the issue about a week later - the manager, Robbie, called me back, listened to my concerns, reviewed the recorded phone calls, took action to train the employees in better communication and service, made notes on my account for the correct filters and bulbs, scheduled the service and gave me a discount. Very professional and earned my trust and business back!

Terrible customer service. After paying $24k to install two units, neither one cooled the house sufficiently. We called them out several times and ended up having to call out a competitor to have them fix the issues that Daniel's faulty installation caused. We gave up calling Daniel's for service and went with their competitor. 0 stars.
After Daniels contacted me, their technician came out the next day, went over the AC system from top to bottom, and found out the issue was actually the thermostat that ended up having a shorted wire. This is after we had a competitor come out and state we needed a new compressor. Daniels did come through and found the issue quickly and called to check up on us to make sure that everything was good. They even got on the phone with our alarm service company technician and walked them through the wiring of the thermostat. We told them if they made everything right, we would use them as our "go to" AC company. They have earned our business back. Thank you Robbie!

Chris McBride from Daniel's Plumbing was able to fix our frost free outdoor spigot right away. I was impressed with his knowlege, efficiency and professional customer service. So nice to find someone who was smart and courteous. Also I was treated with respect. Had another plumber from another company previously who was clueless. Thsnk you!!!

We had excellent service from Adrian & Aystin last week installing a heat pump and mini-split system. These guys were courteous and professional. Robbie our estimator was an excellent communicator. THANK you Daniels! C & J

I want to thank Daniel's for their outstanding knowledge and service getting my swamp cooler set up and ready to run for the hot summer coming ahead.
Not only are they prompt but come prepared for anything and every thing they might need to have.They absolutely know what they are doing. I always know I will be taken good care of when it's time to switch over from season to season.
Thank you to Robby General manager for taken the time to call if I have a special question .
You cannot go wrong hiring Daniel's for your summer help on plumbing heating and cooling.

Amazing experience from start to finish. We met Jack at the home show in Rio Rancho. He was personable and informative. We called him back to schedule an estimate. From the time he came to our home and throughout the installation process, he was available to answer questions and provide assistance. Jon and Niko, our installers, were outstanding. Friendly, fast, and cleaned up everything.
Overall, I cannot recommend Daniels Plumbing, Heating & Cooling enough. Excellent experience!

My 33 yr old gas fireplace needed work and Daniel’s delivered. Ace tech Charles applied his decades of experience and made my fireplace like new. From start to finish, I am very happy with this job and would highly recommend Daniel’s for your gas fireplace repairs.
