They started demo of the existing furnace, covered the floor area around the furnace to protect it. The two worked well together to complete the installation in a very professional manner. They explained to me the various issues with the system. I was totally happy with the installation.

After a little over a year of having equipment and service perform by I-Deal, I am writing this review. The TL:DR is at the very bottom. Initial Conversation: Starting off will the salesman, he was nice, friendly, and seemed knowledgeable. We got 3 quotes by different companies, and ended up going with I-Deal due to their rep who initially came out and talked with us. Day of Install: Crew arrived on time, it was in February. The install took a whole day. Crew was fine, went over the furnace with us and not the AC since it was Winter/Col Weather. That was our mistake. After install: We had Ideal come out more than 5 times within a year of install. First time was on us, as we did not change the filter soon enough. The multiple issues that came up for us was our Furnace not having proper sealing around the vents and base. From there as we got into warmer temps, we had multiple issues with our outdoor A/C. They came out and looked at it, and hosed it down, telling us to do this twice a month to prevent dust or build up. Second time they came out about a few weeks later, our flow sensor kept triggering because when they installed it, the slope was wrong so water kept going back into the sensor. They came out and fixed that, owning their mistake. They came out multiple times after this because the outside unit would not turn on, each time having to keep replacing fuses because they told us the unit was using too much power. Did the quick fix, then that was it. Another instance the unit would not turn on, they came out and said it was the thermostat, even though a new one was installed when they did the initial install of the units. Since all of this, we have still had multiple issues with our A/C unit, and have had other HVAC technicians and electricians take a look at it, pointing out the issues with wiring mistakes from the initial install. The amount of time and money we have had to put into these already expensive new units has made us regret going with I-Deal. The fact that soo many technicians have come out, and none took the time during the initial install, or issues thereafter to really address or identify the issues left us with no trust in them or their team. TL:DR We have had nothing but issues, time and money lost, and continuous frustrations due to I-Deals inability to correctly install, and incapability to fix their issues. I will never recommend I-Deal to any friends or family.

I-Deal HVAC is the real deal! Francisco was able to answer all our questions and help us identify the best HVAC system for our home. He was able to set up financing and installation and explain everything clearly. Francisco set aside two days for installation but the installers were able to get it done in about six hours is one day! Our house is so much warmer, even the converted one car garage that we use for a dining room now. In fact, a couple other typically chillier rooms are more comfortable now. My husband and I are relieved that we won't have to face this upcoming summer with inefficient and ineffective cooling. We highly recommend I-Deal HVAC.
