Former employee. The business has many "now hiring" signs on all the trucks and have adds on job websites. However you'll be lucky to get a 20hour work week. They are also very shady with pay, sometimes it's hourly sometimes it's commission but the owners are very vague about how pay is sorted. I can say after a 40work week I'd be lucky to break 500$. Lastly I wasn't ever fired just got messages from the boss for 2 weeks telling me they had no work then eventually no contact whatsoever and no mention of my tools/toolbelt. My experience with this company was horrible.

Garrity insulation Inc gave me excellent service one rarely gets nowadays. They are very professional, honest, respectful, and highly efficient from the prep work to the installation. I was very impressed with the clean up inside and outside, leaving no traces. Their prices are highly competitive and I really got my money's worth. I truly and highly recommend this company to everyone wanting to upgrade their homes or business.

Jose came and took photos and had his tape measure to show me how thin the insulation was in my attic. I was given a fair price, the work was done quickly and I could immediately tell that the insulation that was added helped. Thanks Garrity, I am very satisfied with the whole experience.

Jose, Carlos and the crew made good on a job which didn't go well the first time around. They stood behind their work and as a result, with foam on the roof and all the exterior walls under stucco, our gas bill for our modest house is almost nothing, and thanks to the insulation and white roof, we don't need heating or cooling for a couple months in the spring and fall. I would hire Garrity in a minute.
