A huge shoutout to Koala Insulation of Albuquerque and Santa Fe. They came to my home in Las Cruces from Albuquerque to remove all the insulation in our attic. Unfortunately, all the insulation had been contaminated by feral cats and a family of raccoons. It took 2 1/2 days and working tirelessly in 93 to 96 degree weather outside so you can only imagine the heat they endured in that smelly attic. They successfully completed this job with no complaints and utmost care & courtesy of our home. We couldn’t be more pleased with a job well done from Koala Insulation. Thank you so much to Mark and his son, Mark Jr. and his other assistant (sorry, forgot his name!) We are so grateful for all your hard work. Mary Lou Tharp

It took a while and several other contacts before I found KOALA Insulation of Albuquerque. What a great find! Reasonable estimate to begin improvement of insulation in an old home. The work crew was amazing! Skilled, courteous, and respectful of the home environment. They wasted no time in completing the work and doing a clean up. Be advised, if insulating an older, flat-roof home, it may entail making uniform-sized holes in the ceiling in order to blow in insulation material. Such was the case in my home. Knowing that I would have repairs, I have since hired a known company to do drywall and paint repairs on the ceilings.

Very fast estimate. Very honest pricing in my opinion. Had the attic taken care of including all the vents and gussets in less than three hours. Average size home. Cleaned up all their mess and they even went above and beyond and insulated a couple of areas that weren’t talked about. Would definitely recommend them to others. UPDATE 4/29/94 I got an email from gas company of New Mexico saying that I had a rebate coming for my energy efficient upgrade to my home. I called the phone number and found out that Koala Insulation had submitted the paperwork necessary for me to receive the rebate. It was $600! I did not ask them to do this and I didn’t even know it was coming! They did it as part of their Customer Service. Even the very friendly lady at the gas company told me that koala was one of her favorite businesses to deal with. This is a no-brainer for anyone. If you need insulation services for your home or business, these guys are absolutely fantastic and a blessing!
