If I could give them a negative I would but apparently you can't post until you give them at least a 1. Even after requesting no service they have chopped down my flowers (no return call when I complained), and after reminding them to stay out of my yard and not to spray (I was assured I would have no problems) I walked outside to find out they sprayed my yard (I had called the day before to remind them not to). I called again to complain and will see if I get a return call. I am contacting my attorney.

Again, in response to your placing blame everywhere else, HOA has known for years about no service to my home, property management company has contacted your company about this, I have made several (unreturned) calls to your company and YOU KNOW NOT TO SERVICE MY YARD yet you still killed my plants by spraying after you reassured me you would not spray (one of those unreturned phone calls). Those were the replants after you cut down the original plants. Take responsibility for your unprofessional management.

In response to your reply, HOA was and is very aware of my no request for lawn care. Not only that, but I contacted your company prior to the day you sprayed my yard to verify that you would not spray. I will not mention the name of the person in this review, but HOA is very aware that I was assured the day prior to your spraying my yard that YOU WOULD NOT SPRAY MY YARD. Try another excuse.

I have no idea how the actual service is, because the scheduling communication is so poor, I can’t even get scheduled. In response to my request for service, Casey left me a message to call him, & when I was leaving a voicemail for him, I got a text saying “who is this?” Excuse me, what?! Is this really the level of professionalism I can expect when I’m calling for a service that’s going to cost me thousands of dollars (but be a very quick service)? He said he’d give me a call the next day. That was five days ago, so I texted again today. No response. I wanted to share my experience, because I’m exhausted by how hard it is to get anything done in ABQ; this is not normal. I do business in other states, & I get calls back & things scheduled in a matter of hours. Please train your front end folks better, because it’s really frustrating to need help, be willing & ready to pay for said service, & a company not have it together enough to return calls & provide the service.

Edited to respond: With respect, please do not mansplain me. Every business knows their busy season & can adequately be prepared if desired. Additionally, the “personal cell phone number” was given to me by Casey himself, & I absolutely did not contact him outside of business hours.

This company was hired by our homeowners association for landscape maintenance. There is no quality in their work, and the company charges a lot of money for the destruction that ensues. The only thing they do is use the loudest two stroke gasoline powered blowers and machines to blow all debris and topsoil from one place to another. The noise and fumes are hideous, and they blow the pine needles and other dry debris into the small gully behind our house which does not belong to us or the association, creating huge fire danger there where the ponderosa trees grow. They blow all topsoil away and hack at our plants until they look dead. The small areas of green grass are now just weeds and dirt. They do not pull any weeds near us, and they do not keep the sprinkler systems working at all. In winter they slam into the curbing on our driveway with their snowplows, breaking it and shoving it into landscaped areas. They use nasty chemicals, summer and winter. I cannot imagine why our HOA board has hired them. I have let the HOA know about the problems. It is miserable, and I dread seeing them anywhere in our state.

Slow in the design phase, It took 9 months from the first meeting to the start of the yard, Yard was done ok, Only reason for the 2 star is the foreman on the final walk through fix a lot of the little things that were not done as well as pick up the trash that was left, Slow overall

My HoA has a maintenance contract with Heads Up. They don't have to care what my lawn looks like and it shows. I have been complaining about this for years and years now.
During my last interaction with the tall blond lady supervisor, she could not stop laughing at me. I am old and use a cane to get around, my gait is unusual granted, but It should not be a source of amusement for your supervisor. (I included some common tools in the photos for scale)
