Tau and Laura did great on the scheduling end. Delivery got here when they promised. We greatly appreciate the delivery men Vernon and Cody. They are hard working, kind, capable, and intelligent, with an excellent attitude. Thank you for reliable service.

This company is who delivers your appliances from Home Depot. Our dishwasher was installed incorrectly. The worst part is that I asked the guy to test it before he left and he straight up said he didn't have time for that and left. This was after he had asked me to have the plumber turn off the water line, but then he "didn't have time" to wait for it to be turned back on. Said he would text me delivery documentation, never got it, called the 800 number and never was able to talk to a human. Come to find we paid a pretty penny and waited 7 weeks for a delivery of something that still doesn't even work, will require paying someone else to do the job right.

I have been waiting over 2 months for my washer and dryer that I ordered from Home Depot. The first delivery was supposed to be in July. I stayed home all day waiting for them they never showed up. When I called them they said oh your appliances came damaged but no one ever called to tell me no one was coming, I waited over 6 hours with no call. They rescheduled with me again when supposedly they came and I wasn’t home. So this time I had them do the delivery on a Saturday when me and my husband would be home. They said they would be here between 11:30 am and 3:30 pm so once again we waited all day they show up at 3:00 pm with damage appliances ?. They company has caused me so much stress to the point I was in tears ?. I wish I could give them a 0. I don’t know why Home Depot is using this company.

This morning I got my new stove from the Home Depot and it was deliver by Albuquerque Moving and Storage. Christopher and Jesus called in advance to make sure I was home and they had the right address. They were very professional, knowledgeable and kind. They even took the time to sweep the sea where they installed my new range. It’s always a pleasure to come nice friendly and kind individuals . Thank you Christopher and Jesus for doing a great job.

On May 29 my wife and I purchased a new dishwasher, power cord, and adapter kit. It was scheduled to be delivered within 5 days. At first we were pleased that it ended up being delivered in only 4 days (June 2), but that's when the headaches started. The unit they delivered to us was damaged when they took it out of the box. Because of the timing of their delivery schedule, I was told they weren't able to deliver the replacement until the 16th, a full 2 weeks later. That was frustrating, but there wasn't much we could do about it, and we could live without a dishwasher in the meantime, so we "no big deal" we thought. The 16th rolls around, and we get a phone call from AMS that morning saying that they don't have a driver so they'll need to reschedule our delivery. Again. This was of course quite frustrating after having to wait for 2 weeks for a rescheduled delivery to begin with, but at least the waiting period was much shorter this time, and they were able to deliver the unit on the following Tuesday, June 21. But... There were items missing from our order. They didn't deliver the power cord and adaptor kit, which were just left off of the reschedule order for some reason. After calling the company, the only option they were able to offer us was a refund or having the rest of our order delivered in a week. Needless to say I opted for the refund and I'll be going directly to Home Depot to re-buy what I ordered almost a month prior. This company has been one of the most unprofessional and incompetent companies I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. For their sake I hope our situation was a fluke.

***From a Truckers Point of View*** I've delivered here about three (3) times. My time has always been 0900 and I've always been gone before or right at ten (10) so from the time I back to the dock and get my paperwork had always been under an hour. (Full trailer and 3/4 trailer) There's really nott overnight parking but there is a small area outside of the gates building that you can park your truck, however, is extremely dark! It is very narrow and tight as you pull inside the gate but backing to the docks is not bad. It is best to pull in on the side of the building opposite of the docks so you can drive in and set up to back, otherwise you'll have to blind side. Overall, I've never had any issues with getting unloaded. No complaints.

Service could not have been better! Used ABQ Moving & Storage/Allied Van Lives to move my brother's furniture from New Mexico to New Jersey. He's going into independent living apartment and would not be able to help with the unboxing of anything. The two drivers (a husband and wife team - Asmeed and Natasha) couldn't have been more helpful. They opened and placed everything right where it needed to go - even were nice about helping us rearrange things to fit better in this smaller space. Every item came through without a scratch - even delicate items like a large waterfall glass lampshade and a 10 foot tall cactus skeleton. The moving was something we'd dreaded but they made it a delightful experience!
