This place has a location at 215 Rossmoor Rd SW also in Albuquerque, NM that they don’t really attend to for truck drivers! They don’t care if you have an appointment and show up to the facility when they feel like it to get you unloaded! I arrived at 8am to check in and they didn’t arrive to the facility until 11am where they began to unload another truck first. They didn’t begin to unload my trailer until 1245pm and I was finally out by 2pm. This place is ridiculous and doesn’t care about truck driver’s time! Truckers stay away from this place, you’ll be stuck here for hours waiting to get unloaded!

Our company utilized Innovative Moving Systems for our recent office move. Although we are small office of just 8 employees, there were a lot of moving pieces to be coordinated for our relocation. Wayne and his crew were extremely helpful from start to finish. A week before our scheduled pack up date, they provided the supplies and materials to pack up our office, including reusable bins, newsprint material for padding and dollies. A couple days prior to our move, Wayne walked us through the moving procedure and schedule to ensure everything went smoothly the day of our move. The morning we were scheduled to move, his crew was there, on time, in uniform and ready to work. They disassembled and moved all our furniture and got us packed up in no time. They arrived to our new location and placed everything in the designated offices, reassembled furniture and did it all in record time. We were extremely satisfied with our experience and want to thank each and every one of them for seeing to it that our relocation went perfectly.
