Christopher with Albuquerque Heating and plumbing was excellent. He came in, spoke with us about and pretty quickly diagnosed our issue. He answered any questions we had. We received a prompt estimate. We have used Alb. Plumbing & heating before and love the employees and love their work even more. It was an easy choice.
Gregory Torres came out quickly and had my toilet issue (that I caused lol) fixed and it works perfectly now. Answered all my questions, and was very professional and knowledgeable. Will be using Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling for any issues that arise in the future. Thank you Greg and keep up the great work!

I called this company three weeks ago because paperwork from the previous homeowner said this company installed then condenser and the condenser was frozen. The first technician changed the filter, which seemed to solve the issue at the time. When called back (three weeks later) with the same issue, frozen condenser, I took the first possible appointment, even though it was more expensive, because it’s July and we needed a solution ASAP.
A tech came out just to tell me he couldn’t do or tell me anything…because the condenser was frozen. $200..In case it isn’t obvious, the tech or company could’ve told me that for free, or could have given me instructions on what to do prior to their arrival. I was charged $200 for a tech to come to my house to tell me they couldn’t do anything, without even bothering to look at the portion of the unit under the house, even though they confirmed had the necessary information to make that determination WHEN I CALLED.
I was told someone would follow up with me. Instead, I was offered the opportunity to give them a review.

Called yesterday when our water heater broke. A technician, Michael Vivian, arrived that afternoon. He diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote and completed the work once I gave the approval. Once the work was done and Michael prepared to leave, he noticed a part he had replaced had malfunctioned. Since it was after 5pm, I expected him to tell me he would be back tomorrow to complete the work but that did not happen. Michael obtained a new part and completed the repair. Around 10pm, I checked the heater and noticed the warning light flashing. I called and was kind of astonished when I was told Michael was heading back to our house immediately to correct the issue. He arrived and completed the work by 11pm so we had hot showers this morning. This is outstanding service! Thank you!

Workers didn’t bring correct tools, left repeatedly, failed to show up without calling several days in row, actually went into my bedroom and took a battery off of one of my tools as theirs had died. Contract stipulates a Drop in Tub. I didn’t know it was the incorrect tub until had people come do tile estimates. Was told this is a tub for new home builds. No way to waterproof nor tile the contraption they shoddily built and the tub is incorrect. Exposed screws…that aren’t even seated correctly. We have called every day for 2 weeks and they will not return calls. I am 87 years old. I am not a plumber and relied on their professionalism and integrity, none of which they have.

Chris did an excellent job. He worked hard and consistently for two days straight. It was very obvious that he knew what he is doing. Chris is friendly but, always a professional. He is an asset to Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling! We are very pleased with all the work done by Chris and the other two workers. We will recommend your company to all our family and friends.

Super nice people! Helped me get credit to have an inspection on our well and scheduled very quickly. Atticus came out and did the inspection. Arrived in the time window we were given. Best price in the state, too!

My technician was very courteous and did an excellent job on diagnosing and repairing my system. The only reason that I did not rate with 5-stars was the fact that it took nearly a week before the company was able to schedule a technician for the work. My technician provided outstanding customer service and in my book that is so important for success in business.

We had a water emergency and they had Vicente out within 4 hours. He was extremely professional with top quality work. A++ experience.
Update 1/18/24: Brett and Brian just finished installing a new boiler combo unit and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were extremely friendly and patient with all of my questions and concerns. The installation quality was top notch and 100% according to plan. A++ ?? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
